Lobot

Lobot is a character from the Star Wars universe. He appears in the film The Empire Strikes Back, and probably some Expanded Universe stuff I couldn't be bothered to read.

Basically, the guy was like Lando Calrissian's PDA or something. He was fitted with a cyborg implant that wrapped around the back of his head. His brain is connected to a computer which allows him to communicate directly with the city's central computer core. Since he never spoke, he was forced to convey his emotions through a series of determined looks, which must have been awkward when trying to buy his puffy-sleeved shirts at the Gap.

Was he really lobotomized?

Guys, it's just a movie.

But yeah, probably.
